Wish Upon A Star

This was a Christmas present for my Mom so I couldn't post this until now. Kaiser Crafts had a wood book "Wish" so I added the "Upon A Star" and made it into a Disney book.

13 x 13 Shadow Box Frame

This year for Christmas I decided to make a Shadow Box Frame for my husband. His beloved St. Louis Cardinals won the World Series this year in dramtic fashion, so I wanted to capture that in this frame.
First I had to decide on a picture, so what better picture than of the team at the victory rally. Then I had to call on my good friend Lisa to help me make the logo. She is a wiz on the gypsy and came through in no time with the logo.
I cut out a squirrel from my cricut, so the famous rally squirrel was represented.
The 1st thing he did when he returned to work was put it up on his wall. I guess he really liked it!

Do Not Feed the Kids

My great friend Lisa said she wanted to make a sign saying "Do Not Feed the Kids". We decided to do it together. I decided to make mine into a layout. I have a cute picture of my girls after eating a chocolate cake with chocolate icing all over their faces, so I thought it would be perfect.

I used Songbird cartridge for the font. I found the cutest 12X12 paper with cupcakes on it. I used the cupcake paper to decorate the layout.

Sometimes working with someone else to make your crafting more interesting! Thank you Lisa!

Stay tune for more crafting inspired by friends.

I made these goodies bags for Mikayla's class. I made a snowflake ornament for their tree with a sizzix die, white paint, and stickles. I got the bags from Stampin Up.

Memories

I took a quick quotes kit and turned it into a 12 x 12 Chipboard album. It's a wonderful gift for anniversary, christmas, birthday, or just because.
The colors of reds, browns and golds make this book very classic, romantic and fun!

Christmas is just around the corner. I made this mailbox so my kids can send Santa a letter and let him know if they have been good or bad and what they want for Christmas.

1st Day of School

August 29th was the 1st day of school. Mikayla had met her teacher the Friday before and found out that their classroom theme was the jungle. I made these "Back 2 School" postcards to send to family.

The Front

I used the Zoology paper by Bo Bunny and the Zoo cricut lite cartridge to make the animals.

The Back
Cristyana and Mikayla before Mikayla left for school. Cristyana doesn't miss her sister yet, but it's only Wednesday!
Mikayla has been having fun in school making elephants for their reading log and today they are making Monkeys.
